Secluded holiday home at Mallorca seaside

• The entire villa consists of main home connected with 2 small apartments which have separate entrances and may accommodate up to 14 persons.
• there are 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchenettes, one large kitchen with a large table seating approx. 10 – 12 persons, and a living room with a fireplace
• a roofed terrace with a large garden table for serving meals
• 2 terraces on the upper floor commanding splendid mountain views
• 5m x 3m swimming pool with the sun loungers around

• most beds in the bedrooms can be pushed together or moved apart, depending on your needs
• Wi-Fi available throughout the house
• TV in the living room and in several rooms, and an X-BOX console for the younger guests, with a large selection of games
• a laundry room with a washing machine
• parking spaces available right in the driveway, or a few steps away from the house in a small parking lot for the residents
• a house located within a few minutes’ walk to the shops, bars and restaurants, and 7 minutes walk to the beach
• kitchen appliances: fridge-freezers, induction hobs, microwave ovens, conventional oven, sets of pots and a large selection of handy kitchen utensils, plenty of plates, assorted crockery, mugs, glasses, etc. – handy for all kinds of family events
• air conditioning in every room
• it is an all-year-round type of a house, so it boasts central heating which is pretty rare in Mallorca
• Additionally we have a few bicycles and scooters available for the guests.

The villa had undergone a major refurbishment (the walls and the roof is what has remained from the original structure), all the furnishings are brand-new.

Villa Justel is located in a quiet residential area, in a side street, but within a few minutes’ walk to the shops, bars and restaurants and a 7 minutes walk to the long sandy beach, which is accessible free of charge, sunbeds and umbrellas may be rented for an entire day for just a few euros.
Several water sports and diving schools are located at the beach.
Other beaches in an immediate area: 2-3 km beach Moreia and Morlanda; a little further on – Romantica, Cala Agulla and Cala Mesquida, rated among the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. In Sa Coma there is the only Safari Zoo on the island, there are also car and bike rentals.
Porto Cristo fishing port is 5 km away, there are beautiful caves around it well-worth visiting, while the port itself and the town are very picturesque and ambient… (the largest boat in the port is the one owned by Rafael Nadal; and we can show you which one it is)
The town of Manacor is a 15-minute drive away, even though not located right by the sea, it is well-worth visiting all the same, just to go for an unhurried stroll along its scenic streets, peek inside an impressive cathedral,  and – who knows – maybe even have a glass of sangria with Rafael Nadal himself, who apparently drops by very often here, as it happens to be his hometown; Nadal boasts his own museum here, and there is a modern sports complex founded by himself, where not only the tennis players may be seen training
There are also several golf courses in the vicinity as well as bike and hiking routes, like the only “via verde” on the island built on the former railway between Arta and Manacor. Other attractions and places well-worth seeing may be forwarded to you via email.

Palma airport is 1 hour drive away. You can rent a car or use the public transportation to get to our house in Sa Coma (1 hour 20 mins by bus departing few times a day from the airport terminal). We can also arrange an airport transfer for you.
